Shipping Policy

Our shipping policy is extremely customer friendly and this is to ensure that your interest is always withheld. Special attention is provided to packaging the product to ensure that the product reaches you safely and that there are no damages in transit. No, we do not charge extra for oversize products like some of our competitors.

All products are shipped through USPS, DHL, UPS and FedEx. You may also track your order by inputting your order number and your destination zip code. International orders are welcome and they are handled through our distributors who are located worldwide. We ship the orders to these distributors who then dispatch them to the respective destinations. All US orders are shipped from California.

Please do not accept any order that you find is damaged. However if you come to know of the damage after you have accepted the shipment, then please do not hesitate to call us and we shall immediately do the needful to replace it.
