These are such high value products that we are sure you will be satisfied with them. But in case you are not, you may return them to us.

Would you please inform us why you want to return your purchase and we would be happy to refund your money quickly. And if you have received something for which you did not place an order for, we offer to make you a refund or get you a replacement. Just ensure that the item you have received is properly wrapped and sent back to us.

If you find it to be defective on receipt we will also send you a replacement. Please feel free to ask for it. However these things are very rare and so are not likely to happen. All products go through extensive quality checks before they are dispatched.

Have you already customized your product and placed an order for it and then found that you have made a mistake? You can still cancel it and customize a different product. We will then dispatch the new one to you. However in all such cases the labor charges for customizing the previous order that was already customized would obviously have to be charged.
